Assignment Capsule

As an individual sales executive for you will create and manage customer and agent relationships by instituting a strategic relationship management process to ensure that business outcomes meet or exceed expectations.  You will also create a positive first impression of Black Market Strategies by sharing the company’s value proposition.

  • Understand the market and create a comprehensive strategy to create relationships and increase business within the market
  • Build and maintain key relationships with prospects and motivate them to purchase ad space and other BMS services and products
  • Apply selling techniques and business operation skills to achieve profitability and meet/exceed sales goals
  • Define measurable success criteria to monitor individual progress toward departmental sales goals

Role Essentials

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertisement or equivalent experience
  • Prior sales experience
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Strong organizational, time management, and relationship building skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

Schedule: Full-time

Primary Location: US-TN-Memphis

Work Environment Type: Office

Travel: Yes, 10 % of the Time
